Do all sites have a picnic table and fire ring?
Yes.
Can we bring our own firewood?
No.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, wifi is available near the central lodge.
What are the closest restaurants?
There are several fast food establishments and a dine-in Mexican restaurant within 1 mile of the campground. Several other quaint, country restaurants are located on the trail system and make a great stop during your ride.
Do we need a helmet?
Any rider 18 or younger must wear a helmet at all time. If you travel on paved roads, all riders must have helmets and goggles.
Do you have trail guides?
Yes, but reservations need to be made in advance by calling our front desk.
Do you have day parking for park-n-riders?
Yes.
What is your late check-in procedure?
Please call our front desk to make arrangement.
Do we need a permit to ride?
Yes, every vehicle needs a TWRA permit. Please visit our permits section for full details.
Why am I buying a hunting/fishing license to ride?
The State of Tennessee allows a lower priced option in a hunting/fishing combo.
Do you sell gas or ice?
We do sell ice and general camping supplies, but fuel can be purchased at several fuel stations within 1 mile of our campground.
Is it legal to ride on the road?
Most roads around the campground are legal, but you must have proof of insurance, helmets, goggles and a valid driver’s license.
Is the trail system maintained?
Yes, by the State of Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
How long is the trail system open?
365 days a year.
Can we night ride?
24/7!
How far are you from Gatlinburg?
Just about 90 minutes.
What other attractions/entertainment are close?
Dollywood amusement park, Hal Rogers Family Entertainment, Kentucky Splash Park, American Museum-Science/Energy, Museum of Appalachia, Norris Lake and Twin Cove Marina, West Hills Shopping Mall.
Do you rent ATV’s?
No.
